Build on-demand teams of freelancers to quote attractive bids to outsourcing clients

It’s raining and gloomy outside and Ben, a freelance game developer is seen walking out of an office building looking depressed.
Ben thinking to himself: “This is the third big client I have lost this month all because I wasn’t able to offer competitive rates for the entire project.”
While dodging puddles, he watches a scene around him of construction workers helping each other hurriedly shift all the equipment indoors before the storm, people offering colleagues a ride back home in the rain and others sharing umbrellas.
Ben: “If only I could afford to outsource the right kind of game development expertise that could get me out of this storm…”
At that very moment, a big bus stops right in front of Ben and the doors swoosh open.
“Hop on!” says the driver.
Ben, confused yet eager to get some shelter in the impending storm, looks at the smiling face of the driver, immediately trusts him and hops on to the bus. As he enters he finds himself seated among passengers, each one busy typing away in their laptops.
He finds an empty seat, when his co-passenger greets him.
Co-Passenger: “Hello! I am an animator with special skills in character design. How can I help you?”
Ben, still a little confused but excited about where the conversation is going: “Hi, I am Ben, I develop games but incidentally was looking for a game character design!”
Co-passenger: “Then you have hopped on to the right bus!”
A passenger from the backseat interrupts: Hi! I am Karla, I am great with game level design!
Another one interrupts: I love my job and am somewhat of an expert in cross-platform development!
Another: I can market all your games for you!
Ben looks around in awe and realizes how lucky he is to have found just the team he needed to go back to his client today and quote an attractive bid!
Soon he arrives outside his home, gets off the bus and turns around to wave at his friends only to see a giant banner on the bust – “LetsTeamApp!”
